Just 2 km from the slopes of Soldeu and Grau Roig, Apartaments Els Llacs offer free spa access and wonderful mountain views. A private parking is available on request. Everything was perfect; really nice and kind staff, amazing and very clean apartament (it had EVERYTHING we needed), location is great (beautiful nature, 30min with car to the Andorra La Vela), it is family and child friendly. We travel a lot and this apartament is one of our favorites ever. Thank you for your hospitality, we will come back :)

Xalet Bringué Hotel terletak di kampung pergunungan Andorra Pyrenees di El Serrat. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

A very nice and clean hotel in the city center. There is a lovely but small spa in the hotel, which should ideally be booked in advance, as it might be too late by the time you check in.

Terletak di La Seu d'Urgell, 23km dari Naturland, HOTEL & SPA El Castell de Ciutat menyediakan penginapan dengan kolam renang luaran bermusim, tempat parking peribadi percuma, taman dan lounge... Wonderful installations, with all sorts of pools - indoor, outdoor, jacuzzi - and spa facilities. Room with balcony makes for having beautiful views of sunrise if you wake up early enough, and get some freshness. Room is very well decorated in classic fashion. Staff was very friendly, and always supportive. Dinner and breakfast either inside or on the terrace, offering views over Seu d’Urgell, was great. Breakfast buffet is diverse (some hot dishes, and plenty of other offers). There’s also a nice path through the woods that takes you down and into town. Definitely staying on our repeat list.

Everything. The property is stunning. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with special touches like luxury towels. The common areas were superb. Breakfast was excellent. Anne is so lovely and can’t do enough for you. Highly recommend a stay here. It’s a little out of the market town by 10min by car which is worth the tranquility.
