The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the hospitality throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly well-trained. The hotel's décor is stunning, and the signature scent throughout the property adds an extra touch of luxury. Our room had an unbelievable view truly breathtaking. Housekeeping services were impeccable, with great attention to detail. The swimming pool area is a highlight, with multiple lifeguards ensuring a safe and relaxing environment. Breakfast was another standout experience. Special thanks to the chef and all the waitstaff for their excellent service and delicious offerings. Although I met only one member of the management team, it's clear that the entire leadership works hard behind the scenes to deliver exceptional results. Located in Dubai, Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. It was outstanding, with their own private beach, the views were great. The restaurants were great, the staff really helpful and attentive. The spa facilities were excellent.

The service level is otherworldly. The lady at reception has catering and service in her blood, and that is shared by the rest of the team. They organized for me to be able to take a shower and change before going to the airport after a hot and sunny day, even though I had checked out hours ago! The breakfast is very good. Just the right balance between typical continental food and more local (mouhallabieh is worth a try!)
