First, staff are responsive. We were visiting as a family and all our requests and selfishness were taken care of. There is a gym, swimming pool and BBQ area attached and available. There is a lake within walking distance and a shopping mall. We had no problems with food and were comfortable. Our room had two bedrooms and two showers each, so my family could use them without having to fight for them. I am really impressed by the staff, they are too nice. There was another hotel that was on the shortlist, but the whole family says they are happy here. I really appreciate it.

Also Claire was incredibly responsive from the start, always checking in to see how she could help and making sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here, and I’d definitely love to come back next time.
