The place is just perfect for everything! Location: Perfect for people who drive. Located at the other side of the river but close enough to CBD, only takes 7-10mins to drive. Quiet and close to the water which you can take a fresh breeze from. Equipment: Very cozy with everything we need. The place is large enough for a family of three or four . Fully equiped with heater and air conditioning to make you warm enough in winter nights. Nice and big bath tub with spa (didn't use during our stay). Very good taste to the decorations and styling of the place. Staffing: It's a cottage within the house land. Landlord doesn't usually live here but very nice and approachable. Thanks Penny for being kind and helpful. We are very welcomed by her and her family and were invited to watch their live band in their house. Accessability: Easy and smooth check in and check out. Easy for parking without disturbing the front.

The location is on a quiet street outside the city, which was perfect for us. The views looking over the bay towards Hobart, Mount Wellington, the sunsets, and the twinkling city lights were amazing. The living area is huge with a large dining table and 2 separate seating areas, one with a massive TV. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. This is a home, not an apartment, so all the rooms are quite large. The bed was comfortable (we didn't use the downstairs bedroom), and the bathroom was very functional. Host was very communicative and friendly. Easy parking on the street in front of the house. Lots of restaurants and shops just a few minutes away by car. A great place to stay.

The presentation is beautiful. Peaceful and quiet..we even had an evening visit by a mumma Pademelon Wallaby (she had a Joey in her pouch) Everything we needed was met. I absolutely highly recommend staying here. Super comfy bed too!
