Outside pool with warm water overlooking the snowy mountains is one of my favorite spots as well! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and the bar has all you need in terms of drinks! I recommend!

Sehr gute Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, großes 2 Zi Appartement, wunderschöne Natur, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, hervorragende Küche! Nur zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern, Kinderspielplatz draußen, innen auch für Kinder separater Raum mit Spilzeugen.

Schönes und sauberes Hotel mit besonders freundlichem Personal. Man fühlt sich willkommen. Der Wellness Bereich war super: Schwimmbad, 2 Saunas, Dampfbad und Hamam. Sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank.

Combining traditional Bulgarian architecture with modern facilities, the Four Points by Sheraton Bansko enjoys a convenient location close to the gondola lift in Bansko. The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.

Great apartment, everything you could need to stay for a week was provided! Spacious and clean. It was a lovely base for when we returned from skiing. Our host was great, contacting us pre-arrival and helping with recommendations and any questions we had during our stay. The spa access was also a highlight.
