Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort este un complex hotelier modern, situat în Dobriniște, la doar 6 km de Bansko. The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was nice, the 3 different spa's we're also incredible. It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!

The manager went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering us a complimentary couple’s massage — a thoughtful and generous gesture we truly appreciated.

Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax se găsește în Bansko, la mai puțin de 1 km de Capela Sf. The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes à la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

The appartment was wonderful.Very clean and accomadating.We had everything we need and more Nina was a great host.She met us,show us where to have lunch.It was yummy.Everytging was just great. Book it, you won't regret.Thanks Nina for your hospitality.We definitely will be back.

Proprietarul ne-a asteptat in fata hotelului, ne-a ajutat sa gasim un loc in parcarea subterana, ne-a explicat cum putem folosi cartelele de acces in parcare, locatie, apartament, centrul spa. Ne-a explicat de la A la Z cum functioneaza aparatura electrica, regulile casei, cum putem avea acces la bazine si centrul spa, unde se poate manca bine si ieftin, chiar ne-a trimis locatia pe whatsapp, ce putem vizita in apropiere. Un om care stie sa faca turism, care a depus toate eforturile sa aiba niste oaspeti multumiti. Privelistea spre munti este superba, cafeaua in lobby-ul de la Sveti Ivan Rilsky excelenta.
