Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. Juliana, the receptionist, was very helpful (and graceful!). She answered all of our questions and gave us great recommendations. The breakfast was exceptional and diverse. We loved everything.

Gourmet baked goods, seasonal fresh fruits and juices garnished with fresh herbs from their beautiful garden. The accommodations were clean and well designed. Walk to the lake was easy. Even though property is centrally located, the privacy and silence were great. Bird song surrounded us and the resident herons squawked in the trees, but NO traffic noise. The owners are friendly and attentive. Communications via WhatsApp were promptly answered. We will return and highly recommend.

It was cold outside when we stayed, but we had a super easy to use stove, that kept nice temperature. Owner is extremely sympathetic and knows English very well. Additionally a friendly cat from the neighborhood visited us regularly

We loved the cabin vibes of the room, so well decorated, and all the property. Even they have a small trail along the river and a private access to the lake. Great breakfast too

Room is clean although a little bit small. They helped us with everything we needed. They can provide support by booking tours and transportation. The house is uphill so to arrive by taxi is recommended.

Staff was suuuper friendly and helpful, they gave us a bigger cabin than what we booked. Staff always bringing wood and making fire. Fire kept living room nice and warm, even though outside was cold. Cabin is nice, big and with plenty of natural wood. Surroundings is nice, green and between the threes. Super hot shower with plenty of water. Walking distance from city centre, around 20 mins.

Don’t usually give Booking.com ‘straight ‘10’s’, but our host’s’ hospitality insured that my husband and I felt truly cosseted while enjoying this a-bit-above-our-average $$$ boutique hotel. Loved our deck, spacious room, ‘catered’ complete breakfast.
