It is a wonderful place! Perfect location in beautiful place nearby lake. We lived in twin room and it was big, clear and cosy. Various and tasty breakfast. Very friendly stuff always ready to help. I’m ashamed that don’t asked a name of a cute english speaking girl in reception. She suggested and helped to order a tickets of our trips in Zhangjiajie. Thank You! Also huge plus was free transfer from airport to hotel. Driver/ hotel worker was very kindly.

A very beautiful little Hotel right next to the Park Entrance. Perfect place to start your Hikes. The host Anthony is English speaking and very welcoming, he helped us to book tickets and recommended suitable routes through the park and took the time to chat with us every night over a beer or two and telling us about Zhangjiajie. The Rooms are large and newly decorated, everything from Beds to Bathrooms are brand new. There are several restaurants along the road in short walking distance. I can't think of a better place to stay if you want to visit Wulingyuan. Great Value. Highly recommended.

They help shuttle you into town (within reasonable distance), and are very helpful and forthcoming with information about ZJJ (Zhangjiajie) and the attractions nearby. Looking to come visit the esteemed Avatar mountain? Wanting to explore the Canyon of Zhangjiajie? This is a lovely home just outside of the main city of Yongding. I was even able to tour the parks ony own with the information and maps the host provided. He respectfully helped purchase and guide my itinerary as a local who knew how far away the sites were, time it takes to get there, and how much time to spend in the parks themselves. This stay is PERFECT for relaxing, enjoying peace, eating a tasty Hunan breakfast spread, and branching out. If you are looking for a stay around the area, the host and his family are genuine and truly know hospitality. Highly recommend.

Helpful staff. The people were so kind and helpful. We asked so many questions about different activities and getting to places and they always gave detailed information. We were given two separate rooms because there was a problem with what we booked and they let us check in very early with no hassle. Very close to Tianmen mountain Line A entrance and 72 wonder towers!

Dikelilingi oleh kehijauan, No.5 Valley Inn terletak 2 km dari pintu barat (pondok tiket Yangjiajie) Taman Hutan Negara Zhangjiajie. We had a truly relaxing and wonderful holiday at this cozy and beautiful resort! It’s tucked away in a quiet area, yet conveniently close to the west gate of the national forest park. The staff were incredibly hospitable and kind. They offered us helpful tourist information, taxi services and assisted with our luggage. The ladies in the kitchen prepared authentic and delicious local dishes—some of which were made with fresh vegetables they picked straight from their own garden! One of the things we appreciated most was the resort’s location. It allows you to explore the park against the main tourist flow. Most visitors stay near the east, north, or south gates, and most tours begin from either the south or east. Staying near the west gate gave us a more peaceful and unique experience of Zhangjiajie. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a more tranquil way to enjoy the park!

Free airport pick-up was a huge plus - they even arranged a complimentary car to take us to the river, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff were incredibly helpful and always had smiling faces. Perfect for a relaxing few days away. Highly recommend.

Zhangjiajie Waterfront Huajian & Tianmen National Forest Park Store mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di Zhangjiajie. The hotel manager was absolutely wonderful and helped us a lot during our stay. She even went the extra mile by buying our tickets to the parks for us and giving us very useful tourist advice and recommendations. She was always kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet — her warm attitude really made us feel at home. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is cozy, and we felt very well taken care of. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and a personal touch.

The staff members were kind and friendly. They assisted with preparing the itinerary and transportation for the duration of our stay. The rooms are clean and modern. The scenery was amazing.
