Shangri-La Hotel Xi'an located in the prestigious financial and shopping mall center in Xian. The property is a 5-minute walk to shopping streets. Location: Perfect! Centrally located with short distances to sights, restaurants and public transport. Staff: Outstandingly friendly and courteous. Everyone was always helpful and provided a personalized experience. Mr. Ma, concierge, organized an excellent guided tour to the Terracotta Warriors. Room/Comfort: Very clean, modern and high quality. Bar/Lounge (Atmosphere, Drinks/Snacks and Service): Excellent. Value for money: Absolutely fair for this quality. Conclusion: An all-round successful experience. If you are looking for a hotel that combines convenience, comfort, and top-tier hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Strategically located. It is close to the subway station (with escalator and elevator) and is more comfortable than staying in the crowed downtown which is now flooded with tourists. 2. The staff is nice; the breakfast is wonderful; the room is spacious. 3. You can walk (25 min) to visit the relics (mounds) of the ancient Tang palace (Da-Ming Khong) which is now a city park.
