Very nice accommodation in the middle of the desert (right next to the grey desert). We really enjoyed the spot, especially the silence. Everything was perfect, clean and the food (we even got vegan options) was really tasty and had a fair price. The owners were super nice and also had transportation service. It was really amazing staying there and I can highly recommend it.

Very romantic with great desert views and a gorgeous pool. The staff was amazing and had great attention to detail. Highly recommend staying at least 2 nights to be sure to see the stars and enjoy a full day with the guide provided by the hotel. Also appreciated that they sent the guide to show us the way to the hotel once we arrived at villavieja. Would stay again.

The rooms were well equipped and I couldn’t have asked for any more from all the staff, who were always so helpful, friendly and attentive.

Featuring a garden, Sueño Real Tatacoa is set in Villavieja and also provides a shared lounge and a bar. A hot tub is available for guests. This hotel was great value. Right on the edge of the desert to go to the red and grey desert as well as the night sky observatories. Breakfast was good, thank you to Katherine who stayed up late for us to arrive and helped us with some late night issues. Pool was nice to relax in, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was working and needed in the heat.

Offering an outdoor portable pool and views of the garden, Dunas Tatacoa is located in Villavieja. Neiva is 34 km away. Free private parking is available on site. Our stay was absolutely amazing (special thanks to Hilda and the entire staff for being simply amazing). We booked a 3 people tent which not only had a fan but an air conditioner as well. The property was clean with bathrooms situated in various convenient locations. The property also has a nice pool (where we spent our afternoons and evenings). The property is situated 10 min walking from the town of Villavieja (good location). The staff was simply amazing: accommodating, hard-working, always smiling and always made us feel welcomed and at home. We will keep them in our hearts 🤍
