Policies & procedures are quite "common sense" while the "goal" seems to be providing guests with a good deal. This shouldn't be remarkable, but it is. Breakfast pricing is an "invitation" not an opportunistic rip-off. There is a mini-bar - but this seems to be a convenience, not a bottom-line-padding attempt to "trap" guests who do not feel confident going to the store. It was also simply a lovely room with great facilities, well-spoken and welcoming staff, and comfortable beds - the usual compliments available to hotels. My expectations have been raised. Storck has rather set a new standard.

This hotel is set at the foot of the Dörenberg mountain in Bad Iburg. It offers free Wi-Fi and a traditional-style restaurant serving French, Mediterranean and regional food. We booked the place mainly because of the beautiful location, but the hospitality of the hotel and the staff, lovely room and delicious breakfast made our weekend. We also got help with a broken bike. Thank you for having us and we will definitely come back!
