We had a wonderful stay. Our visit to Luxor coincided with our wedding anniversary and the Steigenberger made us feel very special by upgrading our room. They even left a special surprise in our room with a “Happy Anniversary” sign and handmade love-heart on our bed!! So special. It seemed that the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was eggsellent (!!) and the poolside bar service T sunset was perfect. Thank you Steigenberger Nile Palace, we will always remember our lovely stay at your hotel !!

The price was very reasonable so I had some doubts at first, but it turned out to be a very enjoyable stay. The food was delicious (thanks for showing me how to make Egyptian rice btw), and breakfirst was plenty that I ended up skipping lunch 😂 Mohamed was always smiling, and Hamdi was super helpful with everything. I also joined a tour with Hamdi, and it was definitely a highlight of my trip, he knows so much and makes it really fun and interesting. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor.

The staff were amazing - John the managers was brilliant the restaurant manager was fantastic and the two cabin attendants were so excited about their nightly towel art that they stayed to watch your reaction. Το Quiet Gate Guest House είναι ένα κατάλυμα σε Al Aqālitah, σε απόσταση 1,2 χλμ από Colossi of Memnon και 2,2 χλμ από Medinet Habu Temple. Mahmoud and brother were amazing and very very hospitable. We enjoyed a delicious dinner with an array of food and a very good breakfast in the morning. Mahmoud was very kind and went above and beyond for us. The views are absolutely stunning and I suggest waking up early in the morning to view the hot air balloons over the valley of the kings. Mahmoud kindly let us check out late as we had a flight to catch, I would highly recommend staying here. Room and facilities very neat and tidy. Pool was amazing to enjoy on a hot day. 100/100.
