All I have to say is that it is without a doubt 5 stars. All the staff were super friendly, always attentive if we needed anything, always with a smile on their faces. If you're thinking of going to the shops, there's a papyrus shop that's just incredible. Great food, even though I'm a vegetarian. The pools are very clean, even the one in the suites.

We had a great stay at this resort. The staff is very nice and helpful, the environment is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the food and dessert selection is huge and everything was very tasty! The pools are heated, so even on a cooler day it was a pleasant time. Highly recommended!

The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the pools as well as the beach area created a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Everything was well-organized and exceeded our expectations. I would like to give special thanks to Alina from the guest relations team for her exceptional support and warm attitude. She made our stay even more memorable and ensured we felt truly welcomed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday.
