I love everything about this hotel - the beautiful lobby and rooms, comfortable beds, the pool and steam room. And the staff are wonderful! Patrick is fantastic! He gave us the best recommendations and helped our group so much. And the breakfast wait staff (and food) are divine!

The staff was so very pleasant and helpful! They helped get us dinner reservations during the busy Ascension holiday weekend. Wonderful breakfast in the spacious downstairs. ample parking on the grounds. No elevator, but an easy climb up the wide spiral staircase, plus, we were helped with the luggage on arrival. The garden was lovely to lounge in. Our room was spacious and delightfully decorated.

Close to the centre of Saumur, the hotel Anne D'Anjou is overlooking the river and has a view of the chateau above. Rooms, breakfast and the general view of the city around the hotel. Good location, perfect to move all around without any problem, 5min walking and you can be at many historical places.
