Everything about this place was immaculately presented, the grounds were absolutely stunning especially during autumn time. We loved the level of thought that had gone into this place and will be back again!

I Vale Farm Cottages si trovano in una fattoria a 6,4 km dal Parco Nazionale di Brecon Beacons. The cottage was amazing and the facilities were a great addition. The view was outstanding, watching the sun rise every morning from the cottage window was beautiful. Having access to the spa and pool after a day of exploring helped us to relax and unwind. The children loved having their own upstairs space along with all the outside space for playing and running around.

Tunnel Cottages is a welcoming, family-run getaway offering a choice of 2 cosy cottages, 2 studio cottages, and a glamping pod. Although our arrival was a bit confusing and we only introduced ourselves to the hosts the next day, everything turned out absolutely fine. The owners were warm and welcoming, and once we settled in, we had a lovely, peaceful stay. They’ve only been running the place for four months, but they’re clearly putting in a huge amount of work to make the site even better, from adding a stylish common room with stunning views to building eco pods and setting up ice baths. It’s exciting to see how the place is evolving! The cottage itself was cosy, clean, and well-equipped. We loved the quiet surroundings and the views over the valley. Definitely a place with heart, and a lot of potential.

We enjoyed a wonderful week based in this classy and yes - luxury - retreat. The accommodation is spacious, beautifully designed and well equipped and one small query we had was dealt with immediately. We enjoyed the welcome pack and loved the huge, comfy bed and glamorous bathroom. With everything you need in the kitchen, a large TV (and log fire for colder nights), plenty of space on the terrace for yoga or reading in the reclining chairs and a lovely countryside view but only minutes from the centre of Abergavenny, The Wren is a great choice. We hope to return!
