Am avut parte de un sejur plăcut la Four Seasons din Londra. Serviciile oferite au fost excelente – camera a fost curățată de două ori pe zi, mâncarea foarte bună, iar personalul extrem de amabil și atent. Din păcate, experiența a fost umbrită de un incident neplăcut. În ultima zi a sejurului, am constatat că îmi lipsesc bani cash pe care îi lăsasem într-o geantă aflată permanent în cameră, la vedere. Am informat conducerea hotelului, a intervenit echipa de securitate, dar, din păcate, suma nu a fost recuperată, iar cazul a fost închis fără o soluționare concretă. Regret faptul că, în ciuda standardului de 5 stele, politica hotelului în astfel de situații este destul de permisivă, iar răspunderea nu este asumată la nivel de personal sau management. Scriu acest review nu ca o acuzație, ci ca o atenționare pentru viitorii oaspeți: vă recomand să folosiți întotdeauna seiful din cameră pentru obiecte de valoare, chiar dacă, ca și mine, aveți încredere în reputația unui hotel de top. Cu toate acestea, subliniez că serviciile au fost ireproșabile. Din păcate, acest incident a lăsat un gust amar și cel mai probabil nu voi mai alege această locație în viitor.

The hotel is in an ideal location. The rooms are spectacular. The bed was likely the most comfortable bed I've experienced at a hotel. As for the food, it was delicious whether you got in-room dining, ate in the lounge or their beautiful restaurant. But the best part: their staff will go above and beyond to meet the requests of the guests.
