La posizione è eccellente anche se fuori dal centro. La vista è spettacolare. Servizio ottimo che rispecchia un resort a 5 stelle. Camera ampia, pulita e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno al top. La colazione è stata incredibile: varietà di pietanze sia dolci che salate e personale molto preparato e gentile. Anche la spa è stata all'altezza delle nostre aspettative. Gli ambienti sono raffinati, pulitissimi e accoglienti.

The swimming pool is not crowded (maybe because a bit cold). And very warm welcome from the staff especially at the reception.

The most: hospitality (this is why you have our score 10). The staff is amazing. Cleaning team, restaurant team, reception -- all of them. So friendly, you feel cared about and any issue to be solved. I've not met such a polite and friendly team before and I traveled a lot. The pool's infinite view is very nice, and access to an almost private beach is a great bonus. The sea view is amazing!

Consigliatissimo alle famiglie!!!

Situato proprio sopra il lungomare di Opatija (Abbazia), l'imponente Hotel Ambasador - Liburnia offre l'accesso gratuito al Five Elements Wellness & Spa Centre, con piscine, area fitness e zona... We had an upper floor room with a deck. Great view. The Wellness Spa met all the needs. Unfortunately it rained during our stay but we were able to spend time in the spa and indoor pool (salt water) . Huge buffet breakfast with made to order eggs etc. was a perfect way to start the morning. All the staff were amazing from reception to concierge through to wellness centre and housekeeping. Everyone had a smile on their face and made us feel very welcome. Gorgeous facility with lots of little sitting areas.

Breakfast was excellent, and the young lady there was wonderfully friendly. The check-in gentlemen were extremely helpful. The room was just right for us. This was our third visit. Of course, we would come again.

Everything is new and modern. Perfect location, very nice beach. Breakfast is excellent. Excellent spa service. We got free upgrade of our room, we appreciate that very much. Staff is really helpfull and polite (especially senior staff, they are really professional)

All food was satisfying. - The room was spacious, well equipped, very clean. We had no feeling, that there is no space for walking around. The only downside is, that the balconies in the room on the city side are really small. - The hotel together with the wellness area was very clean - Most important thing is the staff. All of them (receptionist, cleaning staff, waiter, cook, ...) were really friendly and helpfull. No issue at all.
