It was comfortable, clean and an extremely convenient location. The staff were absolutely incredible, polite, helpful and very professional and welcoming. The service was impeccable and the food glorious. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Mystery Hotel Budapest, Preferred Hotels & Resorts is a historically themed luxury hotel located in the 6th district in downtown Budapest, in an eclectic palace built in the 19th century. + Our room was spacious, airy and really well fitted. Having a toilet with no sink in it is a tad weird but nothing particularly uncomfortable. Noise levels are absolutely kept to a minimum, and the air conditioning is reliable. + The staff are absolutely great and definitely do their best to ensure guests have a great stay. We were even considering adding an extra night to our stay which would have been problematic since the place was almost booked out -- but the ladies at the reception still found a way to assist us. + The spa and the whole "hidden garden" concept is simply gorgeous and definitely adds to the overall charm of the places -- and there's certainly plenty of that! + Parking is at a rate of 25 EUR per day and is done off location via a valet - which is an easy enough approach to make sure guests don't have to worry about tight spaces, etc. Alternatively, street parking is also fairly easy and convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The staff was professional and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked perfectly, which was important for me. I also appreciated the option to rent bicycles and purchase tickets for various activities directly from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel's location made it easy to access the city center and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest!
