I recently stayed at the ICONIQA Hotel on a trip to Mumbai, simply because I wanted a change from my regular hotel. It turned out to be the best decision ever! The hotel is located just a stone’s throw away from the airport, making it extremely convenient to reach in just a few minutes. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, a friendly smile, and a soothing aroma that set the tone for my stay. Check-in was effortless and cheerful, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Superior Suite. The suite was spacious, tastefully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The complimentary minibar was the cherry on top! I dined at the hotel for three meals, and each one was outstanding. The breakfast selection was especially impressive — creative, varied, and beautifully presented. It was refreshing to see something different from the usual hotel fare. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting Shibani, the General Manager, and Neha, the Learning & Development Manager. Their passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction and reflected in the overall warmth of the staff.

I wish to thank the Receptionists and Ground staff for helping my parents and sister during their stay in Aurika. They were old and new to the place, and hardly knew their way around. The Aurika exceptional staff went out of their busy schedule to help them. My mother had a medical emergency and the staff really helped them to get the medicine on time. My sincere Thank you to every one of them. I am sorry My parents could not catch the names of the helping staff. But please do pass on my gratitude to them. The staff on duty were from the Morning of 12th March to 13th March 2025 on duty. Accommodating my parents and sister in their respective hotel rooms before the check-in time as they were really old and tired from their journey. The transport from hotel to airport was also arranged with all their luggage. Thank you so much. They had the best hospitality on board. Much appreciated. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends, family and anyone who wish to stay in Mumbai near the airport.

The staff were helpful and very friendly. The ambience of the hotel was faultless. Really enjoyed our last few days in Mumbai. The food was amazing too.

As a solo traveler arriving at midnight, I appreciated the seamless airport pickup. Seeing the hotel staff waiting for me was a huge relief. The 40-minute ride allowed me to relax, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the 24th floor. The luxurious room instantly eased my travel fatigue. Housekeeping’s thoughtful touches—handwritten notes, bath salts, a dessert, and even a rose—made my stay extra special. A heartfelt thank you to the 24th-floor team—Maeiexu, Dilip, and Binary—for making my Mumbai trip so memorable!

Her professionalism and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. The housekeeping team impressed us with handwritten welcome notes and beautiful origami touches. Everything exceeded expectations - spotless rooms, great location, excellent food quality, and staff who truly go above and beyond. This stay felt like home due to Mahima's leadership and the team's dedication to guest satisfaction.
