The glamping domes were super clean, modern, and equipped with everything!! Air conditioner, charging ports, free wifi, fridge, a lounge area and even had a projector for movies. The staff are very attentive and helpful, they showed us a tour on arrival of the property and the shared grounds. Explained how to use everything! They have free to use utensils for cooking, free coffee and tea, sauna and rooftop mini pools with a view of the sea. It feels very luxurious and very peaceful. Definitely recommend!!

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne entspannte Tage. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber, die Onsen toll und das absolute Highlight war das Essen. Ja, die Unterkunft ist alt, aber wir haben das als charmant und nicht unangenehm empfunden. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei und ist sehr gut gepflegt. Ein zusätzliches Plus ist der Shuttleservice, den das Hotel anbietet.

Das Okuno Ota begrüßt Sie im Stadtteil Arima Onsen in Kobe, 900 m vom Stamp-Museum entfernt. Wonderful ryokan. Staff friendly and catered to every need. Fabulous meal and loved the private pools in our large comfortable room. Would definitely stay again.

Sie wohnen eine 5-minütige Taxifahrt vom Bahnhof Sannomiya und dem Bahnhof Motomachi entfernt. The price is high, but you can expect a lot. The hotel rooms were great. You could choose if you prefer to sleep in big comfy western beds or prefered a Japanese futon instead (there were two rooms, so enough space to get the futons out). Maybe prepare a bit in advance, so that you know what´s going on, because the English introduction at reception is a bit shorter than the Japanese one, but the staff is always really helpful and can answer your questions. Breakfast and diner were both included and were fantastic. The sushi cook in the evening was so helpful and we tried 2-3 different sort of fish we never had before. And all the other dishes were great, too. Don´t forget to stop in time, so that there is still room for dessert ;o) The onsen on the roof is wonderful. You have an excellent night view and can see the beautiful harbour area. There is an onsen for women and one for men. First there is a big room where you undress and put your clothes in little baskets. Then there is a shower room followed by a pool, a whirlpool and the lovely onsen. And if you want to spend around 200 Yen extra, don´t forget to visit the room with the massage chairs. They are amazing.

Das Onishiya Suisyouen bietet schöne Thermalbäder, eine Sauna und einen japanischen Garten am Fluss Maruyama. Everything was so perfect, upon arrival at the station ➡️ pick up w/free shuttle bus ➡️ arriving at the ryokan ➡️ the detailed explanation of the ryokan structure/facilities /opening times and more. Everything was so smooth and detailed. The staffs was very patient and helpful and friendly that I couldn't ask for more.
