Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Loved the room & overall hotel facilities. I have lost my backpack; left it on the bus from hakone-yumoto stn to tenyu stn. The staff was very kind and helped me find the backpack by contacting the bus company. I appreciated it so much. Also 2 public bath were amazing!!! Would love to go back!

Dai was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. He allowed us to drop our bags before check in and kept them for a few hours after check out. We read about his breakfast and asked if there was any availability and he fitted us in on our last morning and it was totally worth it. Can't recommend this place enough!

Staffs were very nice, the location was comfy as well. The room has no windows but it was very nice to rest and sleep. Wish that the breakfast has more options but all in all everything was good.

Senkyoro Ryokan dikelilingi oleh alam semula jadi di Hakone. Ia mempunyai teres dan mata air panas terbuka yang menghadap pergunungan. WiFi disediakan secara percuma di kawasan lobi. This was fantastic. The private bath was amazing, the staff were extremely friendly and gave us a tour of the room and the food was definitely an experience! We are so glad we chose to book there as everything was beyond what we expected.
