Professional staff, great facilities and totally deserved the money. Definitely will be my first option in hakone My room had path on the balcony it’s was perfect.

Das Hakone Suimeiso liegt 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Hakone Yumoto und 15 Gehminuten vom Tempel Sounji entfernt. Great facilities and location. Very near transport options and amenities. Appreciated the private hot spring bath outside on balcony. Was delighted by a personally prepared Japanese breakfast in a private room each morning.

The staff were so nice and helped us with all our special requests with kindness and attentiveness.

You are greeted warmly the moment you enter and the lobby smells incredible. the rooms are quite small but they’ve used the space efficiently! the bed was so comfy, the bathroom was incredible - it had amazing lighting and the amenities were so good. they also have turndown service so it was so nice to come back at night with small bites and tea with the pajamas and eye patches ready in bed. the staff are super friendly and helpful with everything!
