The owner Ai is one of the kindest, coolest humans I've met in Japan. As a solo traveller I couldn't have asked for a better place to base myself to enjoy the snow and Myoko. Baco Myoko has an unassuming facade hiding a relaxed, comfortable haven to kick back in after riding the surrounding mountains. Ai has great knowledge of the area when it comes to eating and good advice on mountains to ski for the current conditions. A great place to meet people if adventuring alone, private onsens, shuttles to the mountains and great breakfasts are all part of the package.I know how hard it is to sort through all the accomodation options in myoko, trust me and stay with Ai for your trip. You won't regret it

The staff are all awesome and they care deeply about the Forest Lodge and their guest experience! The rooms are wonderful, the common areas are super comfortable, with an updated but traditional feel. Beautiful drying room and tuning area in the basement, and everyone is there to ski/ride so you'll get solid tips. They're happy to give you a lift to/from the resort if you don't have a car. The view from the private onsen was really wonderful. Recommended in Myoko!

Dave and Lisa are so easy to deal with and made us feel so welcome that we turned our 2 day trip into 7! They made our trip so convenient from picking us up and shuttling us to/from skiing and the train station, to booking us suppers at the best restaurants, spas and onsens and day trips. Do yourself a favour and stay here, you will not regret it!

Morino Lodge - Myoko se encuentra en Myoko, a 33 km de Templo Zenkoji y a 35 km de Estación de Nagano, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado, restaurante y bar. The staff at Morino lodge were so kind and amazing. the beds were comfy and the onsen is so nice. right next to many shops and the akukura onsen lift. there is also a free shuttle to nearby mountains at the lodge. we will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone!

Tsubame Highland Lodge燕ハイランドロッジ está a 37 km de Templo Zenkoji y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, jardín, salón de uso común y bar. En el lodge, tanto el wifi como el parking privado son gratis. Very cool, retro vibe in the lodge. The staff are fantastic, the food was delicious, the room was very comfortable, & the onsen facilities were very nice. The outdoor bath is on the colder side, but the inside bath is nice & warm, so there is a nice difference between the two to try out.
