Cu o situare excelentă în centrul orașului Tokyo, Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya oferă WiFi gratuit, o terasă și un bar. Very nice restaurant in the hotel although the opening hours were rather irregular. Great pool area which was not at all crowded during our stay. with distant views to Tokyo Tower. Shibuya is very crowded but the hotel is situated in the newly opened Sakura Stage area which is very quiet. There is a good Tokyu food market close by so we really appreciated the kitchenette in the room. The newly opened JR south gate gives direct access to the Yamanote line. We found the beds very comfortable and the room was well designed with tons of storage. The washing machine was great and pretty easy to work out although there weren't any instructions. We had a larger than average corner room which was super bright. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

You are greeted warmly the moment you enter and the lobby smells incredible. the rooms are quite small but they’ve used the space efficiently! the bed was so comfy, the bathroom was incredible - it had amazing lighting and the amenities were so good. they also have turndown service so it was so nice to come back at night with small bites and tea with the pajamas and eye patches ready in bed. the staff are super friendly and helpful with everything!
