Presso l'Hayamakan potrete gustare pasti tradizionali a più portate e rilassarvi nelle vasche termali coperte e all'aperto. La Struttura e la stanza bellissime, la vasca termale in camera con vista montagna meravigliosa. La cena kaiseki spettacolare e di livello. Ottima la disponibilità dello staff anche per accompagnarci alla stazione.

Situato a Tsuruoka, a 24 km da Kamo Aquarium, Tamonkan prevede un giardino, un parcheggio privato gratuito e una terrazza. Struttura molto grande e ben tenuta. Stanza ampia e bellissima, futon comodo. Servizi sempre puliti. L’ospitalità è stata a dir poco perfetta! Gentilissimi e cena con prodotti locali molto buoni. Anche il sakè locale consigliatomi era delizioso! Il ryokan si trova lungo la strada che porta all’ingresso dell’ Haguroさん. Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

Absolutely everything was perfect: the room facilities, the view, the beds, the thoughtful amenities. The food provided was top quality, although you cook for yourself (which was extra fun for us), the result is restaurant-quality. We are very grateful to the friendly staff, who responded to any requests, were always in touch, showed genuine concern and helped us get to the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

The atmosphere was superb, very helpful and kind staff! The food was also brilliant, I also used their sauna room which was very nice too and very reasonably priced. Overall, wonderful for the price. The view from the room of the lake was unbelievable as well.

Beautiful and large room, very comfortable. We absolutely loved the food, especially the Yamagata wagyu! It was delicious and the meals were so beautiful and plentiful. We bought many items from the hotel gift shop - they carry very nice souvenirs. Rooftop outdoor private onsen for free - an amazing addition to an already wonderful stay.

Posizionato a Zaō Onsen, a 300 metri da Comprensorio Sciistico di Zaō Onsen, Wakamatsuya mette a disposizione un giardino, un parcheggio privato gratuito, una sala comune e una terrazza. The hotel was lovely and staff were excellent. Great location and an easy walk to the ski field and village for dinner. I stayed in a traditional Japanese room and the view of the village was beautiful. The staff were always helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend.

The staff was welcoming and always willing to help despite they do not speak English, it seems to be more oriented to Japanese tourists but as a foreign, everithing went smoothly. I had 1 dinner in the restaurant and it was really tasty

The hotel is pretty and pleasant, and check-in was straight forward. The room was well-designed and comfortable, and parking was convenient. They also provided a free ticket to the public onsens in town, which was a nice touch, and a light breakfast for free as well (tea/coffee/juices with small croissants and cake, which were suprisingly tasty).
