It was an absolutely amazing stay. The hotel is located on the beach in a very safe area. The staff in the hotel restaurant was amazing - very attentive and always willing to help. I would like to send a special thank you to Juan, Jose, Francisco, Ana, Itzel, Isabel who created an amazing welcoming atmosphere there. The food was good as well. And cocktails =) You can also walk to another hotel of the same chain and visit evening show there. This year a very good dancing group performs there. And we were very excited watching them. It was definitely a professional level not an amateur one. The hotel by itself is very new and modern. You can also make amazing pictures because it's located on hill near the coastline. We'll definitely return back.

Employees are very pleasant and eager to help. I like the Italian restaurant and the seafood restaurant! Service was very good. Like the room service. Place was kept neat and clean enjoy toiletries. Like the apples and cookies in the front offices.

This hotel is located on Tangolunda Bay in Oaxaca and features a full-service spa and 6 gourmet restaurants. The spacious guest rooms include LCD satellite TVs. Great location. The kids club was amazing, the staff there were incredibly caring and worked really hard. The waiting staff at the restaurants also did a wonderful job.
