This was a great last stop in Mexico before our flight the next day. The staff were friendly, the installations were spotless and the heated pool was super tranquil!

We were greeted by staff at the front desk who cheerfully fixed my mistake. Our rooms were beyond what the photos show. We were greeted with a shot of Tequila and staff drove us to a restaurant and then picked us up. They had to make 3 trips each way for all of us. I can't say enough kind words to the front counter staff. We were all hugging them when left. This is a stunning hotel with a nice restaurant next door. We're staying longer next time. The winery is really vast, they produce excellent wines and their restaurants are superb. The stuff in the hotel did everything for us and we felt as really exceptional guests. This place is just spotless - you can feel like in a winery in Tuscany. It was the best spot in our whole Mexico trip. The only thing we regretted was that our staying there was too short.
