The pool is a nice option to cool down after a long day exploring.

The check-in process was swift, and the personalized service set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the carefully chosen furnishings to the thoughtfully curated artwork. The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring local flavors and international cuisine. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The attentive waitstaff and inviting ambiance added to the overall dining experience. A big shoutout to Mara!!!! She´s the most helpfull concierge I´ve seen in Tulum. I can't wait to go back!

Terasu Riviera Maya Hotel & Spa, en Xcaret mempunyai basikal percuma, kolam renang luaran, taman dan restoran di Playa del Carmen. The stay at Casa tortugas had truly exceeded my expectation in various aspects. This boutique hotel is located right outside of the Xcaret Park. The driving time from this hotel to the park is around 5 minutes. My room was spacious and well decorated. All staffs were attentative and showed hospitality, friendliness, and care. We had chances to spot wild spider monkeys and even feed the monkeys with bananas provided by the hotel, which is the highlight of our stay.

Loved the spacious modern flats with an amazing view, and the cool communal areas with the pool and hot tubs. Francisco was also very kind and helpful.

Beautiful resort, great food and amazing staff! Noe and Louis at the pool bar were excellent! Spa was incredible! We stayed in an ocean front unit for our honeymoon which wasn’t cheap but highly recommend it!

Terletak di Playa del Carmen, 2-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Playa del Carmen dan 4.8km dari Stesen Bas Antarabangsa ADO, Mareazul Beach Front Condos At playa del Carmen menawarkan penginapan... Lovely property with multiple pools, tennis & padel courts, and a kid's trampoline/play area with a slide. The beach was clean with soft sand, and located just a couple minutes walk from the pool. The gated property has security 24/7 at the front gate, as well as during the day at the beach (staff also provide lounge chairs). Overall, an excellent experience and we will return later in the year. Next time we will have a car for the entire trip to be less reliant on taxis / private transfers.
