Marta Relvas is the Guest Services Manager, and she went out of her way to accommodate our particular situation and she did it graciously. Her staff is very good as Marta leads by example, not by dictating. Stellar... The hotel is kept clean and organized. If Marta ever wants a job, I would hire her in a second.

The hotel is impeccably designed with great facilities, 10/10 views and is in a good location to explore Porto. Incredibly cozy and warm, yet modern and stylish. Breakfast was fantastic and I highly recommend the eggs Benedict. Would highly recommend booking a treatment at the spa (facials and massage were amazing) and having a cocktail at the downstairs bar. Pictures actually do not do it justice. We were expecting a much smaller room and rooftop pool. The standard rooms are actually quite spacious and the rooftop area is amazing. Beds are super comfy and would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect start for our camino to santagio. Ivo the owner was extremely helpful . With a group of 18 he found us a restaurant and was such a lovely person. One of our group lost her glasses which he sent back to my home in ireland. Highly recommended. Only problem was that we couldn't stay longer.
