Amazing place in a beautiful setting with super helpful staff who clearly take pride in this wonderful experience. Pools are lovely and relaxing with lots of different areas of bubbles / jets / saunas/ steam room etc. rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Food is amazing with lots of choices ( we are vegetarian) and the even the breakfast coffee tastes lovely! ( unusual!)

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The room and facilities were spotless. Such a wonderful hostel with lots of privacy and everything you need!

We were met by the host on arrival, who was mowing the lawn. Very tranquil location and it was clear not many UK tourists visit Miuzela and the surroundings. Make sure you stock up with cooking/ eating supplies if you arrive at the wekend as not many places are open to shop or eat. Lovely house with excellent garden and pool. Lot's of medieval castles to see within 45 minutes drive along deserted roads. El Contro (bar opposite house0 was very kind to sell us milk and water and a few beers with the locals. If you dont speak Portuguese brush up on your Spanish and French as English is not used much in these parts.Parking is on site and simple.

Friendly and helpful service after booking on a short notice. Very spacious, clean and comfortable in a beautiful setting. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant. Unfortunately we arrived on a the day when the restaurant is closed for the evening as that seemed to be a real treat to dine there.

Το Manteigas Lovers έχει θέα στο βουνό και διαθέτει μπαλκόνι και καφετιέρα. Το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Parque Natural Serra da Estrela είναι περίπου 19 χλμ μακριά. Magnificent! That's the best description for this restored 3 bedroom 19th century mansion! Huge rooms with huge ceilings, comfortable beds, decorated moldings, period furniture, spacious kitchen, spacious bathroom, tons of bath towels, full cooking supplies, grand hallway, private garden/yard with traditional cement wading/soaking pool, fast wifi, gracious and helpful host - and all of those traits are just the beginning. The local hiking is tremendous, and short drives away are historical villages and the tallest peak in Portugal where you can sample various meats, cheeses and pick up a 100% wool blankets for practically nothing. In short, this is one of the rarest gems in the rental world!

Το Segredos da Montanha - Seia βρίσκεται σε Seia και διαθέτει δωρεάν WiFi και θέα στην πόλη. Έχει επίσης εποχική εξωτερική πισίνα, κήπο και βεράντα. Very nice house: it has been remodeled, but keeping a vintage touch. The host was super friendly and accommodating. Nice, warm house due to A/C in bedrooms and living room, very clean, comfortable beds. We would like to return in the summer to enjoy the terrace, swimming pool and BBQ facilities. We didn't have the chance to use the jacuzzi this time.
