The linens and towels are also top quality. The building and Studio were spotlessly clean, bright and airy. I had excellent communication with the owner throughout the booking and Samir the young man taking care of the building was so kind and helpful. The bedroom and the living room were very spacious. The mattresses were very comfortable and we had a great sleep before our race. The place is clean and looks very new. The check in and check out experience is very seamless. No human interaction needed as main entrance and rooms entry is with access codes. The host is nice and very responsive. All our needs were met. Quick communications, clear booking document with all the necessary information: unit info, location, access codes, wifi credentials, support number, etc. This was truly the best Customer service one could hope for! I am definitely staying here every time I come to Alula. Great value for money!
