Our hostess, the spread, and ambience were top notch!

Set on a horse farm, this bed and breakfast is located in Svinaberga, 2 km from Kivik. Free WiFi access is available as well as free parking. A wonderful and charming guesthouse, close (a few kilometers) to the entrance of Stenshuvud National Park. Friendly staff, nice rooms, beautiful decor, nice kitchen to do tea/coffee or prepare some food in the evening. Tasty breakfasts. In the vicinity, there is the beautiful town of Kivik. And a friendly dog Max :) Nice place to come with a dog

This hotel is in the Österlen village of Kivik, just 300 metres from a sandy beach. It provides free WiFi access, a restaurant, and a neo-Renaissance garden. Great location, with a beautiful garden and sea view. It was relatively empty (dead week just before midsummer) and we enjoyed the calm of the place. The restaurant and breakfast was fine. The room (Villa Emiliero superior 32) was old fashioned with a perfect view. Bed was very confortable. We recommend strongly to visit Ystad and to go to JH matbar. One of best food experience we had in Sweden (very inexpensive comparing to similar venue in Stockholm)

Staff friendly and professional - overall a very good experience. Also spa facilities are nice with outdoor pools.
