Special mention to Mark, from the reception team, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, keeping us informed of every detail of hotel amenities and perks. His personalized service and attention to detail truly made a difference from check in to check out. The room was impeccably clean and luxuriously comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, Mark, and the entire team, for making our stay memorable.

Our stay in Ascott Embassy was great. The room was spacious enough for 3 adults. We had separate shower and bath tub. When we needed something the staff was very quick and solved everything. The room also has a washing/drying machine which was great for us. Sound isolation was good, AC as well.

We stayed in Villa 1. Was perfect for our family of 7. All bedrooms had their own ensuite. The large kitchen/dining area was great with fresh cold filtered water. And we loved the indoor plunge pool overlooking the main pool. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were lovely. Offer free shuttle service to areas close by.

The professionalism of the staff, the location, the way the facilities were taken care of. In general it was quite well and if we ever go back to Bangkok that will be the place to stay.

Escape Bangkok’s bustle in the beautifully landscaped grounds of Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort. We loved our stay! Its about the 5th time we've been back. The staff are lovely. Amazing Breakfast spread. Gorgeous grounds to wander, and our favourite – relaxing by the pool with a book below the Frangipani trees. There's a lot of different areas within the Anantara and its convenient for accessing areas we enjoy visiting in BKK. Generally, it just lets you relax and unwind without effort.
