The staff were very friendly and always genuinely concerned about making us feel at home. The facilities were excellent — both the rooftop pool, which was beautiful, and the jacuzzi were highlights of our stay. The food was good and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a very pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay there again.

Located on peaceful Tri-Trang Beach, Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach - SHA Plus Certified is 16 km from Phuket Town and 3 km from bustling Patong. the property is huge and well maintained. Lots of restaurants on site for those who don’t want to leave, but also they have a complimentary shuttle to patong and the mall which is super convenient. What makes the stay 5 star is the quality of service. The staff is lovely, always smiling and lending a helping hand. They have 3 pools, a 24/7 gym, beach access and tons of activities for kids and adults. Great for families, solo and couples

The room was spacious and clean staff were extremely helpful and kind. Only thing was I wish they accepted deposits by card as well but overall we had an amazing time and very satisfied!

Memorable and attentive service from the staff (primarily via WhatsApp group), particularly from Stephanie and Krish who had serviced me on check-in and check-out respectively. Our host was really kind and helpful. The villa is in a silent place but near to old Phuket and the market. It was a good choice.
