We loved many things about our stay at Rustic Caves! Firstly the beds and rooms are exceptionally comfortable - the decor and ambience makes it cosy and warm too. Very good AC/heater, TV available, private parking for our motorcycles, spacious toilet, great housekeeping team and awesome staff service from front desk especially Arman. The breakfast spread was great and the restaurant staff were very friendly and polite. Location is great as it is only 300m to the main road where the shops are. Definitely coming back here in future!

Perfect view of the city and balloon flights, from top of the mountain but still well located and short walking distance from city center and restaurants. Staff was one of the best we had ever experienced: friendly, supportive, helpful and informative, mainly about itineraries and tours, understanding our needs and offering different options.

This hotel is situated in the centre of Goreme and it offers a large sun terrace with panoramic views of UNESCO-listed fairy chimneys. It has fairy chimney and cave rooms. The staff and location was simply amazing. Its located at the highest point, gives an amazing view of Goreme. The reception took care of all our activities. We did not book anything in advance. The hotel has a private stair case from the hotel directly to city. It doesn't have a restaurant but you can call for food from outside and the staff will serve it in the breakfast room.the cave rooms are very authentic. The bathrooms are very spacious. The whole hotel has hidden corners providing a view of Goreme. The pillows weren't comfy. That's about the only "negative" review I can write.
