Everything about the place seemed new and top notch. It was very clean, very comfortable and homey. We were in town for a funeral and appreciated the king suite with a separate living room area. When a snowstorm blew in we were able to have pizza and salad delivered from a nearby pizza place, Red Savoy. It was fantastic. The breakfast at the hotel was also very good, especially when compared to similar establishments. There were many little extras for every taste. The coffee was good, bakery was fresh and eggs tasted like real fresh eggs. We highly recommend the hotel.

Connected to the city’s indoor footbridge skyway system, this hotel is located in downtown Minneapolis and offers an indoor pool and free WiFi. Staff was friendly. Room was large. Very accomodating

The building was beautiful. The shared bathroom was huge with an old clawfoot tub. I'd prefer to share the bathroom over having a little mini bathroom. I didn't have time to appreciate the grounds other than through the window. The huge porch was lovely in the rain, but it was a bit cold outside to really make use of it. The old steam radiators were a big noisy but excellent for drying any clothes or towels.
