We did enjoy Lady Hill all the amenities and the warm and kind accommodating staff from Mer, she helped us by having our luggage in the storage while we enjoyed Fansipan and gave us a 1-hour earlier check in and late check-out.

A wonderful place with clean rooms, hot showers, a bathtub, a kettle, and an incredible view from the window. The location is just 10 minutes by taxi from the city center, so it was quiet. The hotel also had a kitchen — I especially enjoyed the honey chicken, pancakes, pho bo, and mint & ginger tea. I would like to highlight the staff separately. In all my years of traveling to different countries, this was probably the most attentive and responsive manager I have ever met. Overall, we were more than satisfied :)
