The little bungalow is very comfortable and the outdoor bathroom is just incredible! The garden is also great ans breakfast was very tasty. But what I appreciated the most was definitely Amy and her family's extreme kindness and very valuable help. Not only did they recommend places to go to and were always available to answer any questions, but I also had a medical problem and they have been absolutely perfect and helped me with every step. Long story short, if you stay in Ninh Binh, just go to Amy's house!

The view is truly beautiful, it’s as nice or arguably even better than the pictures on Booking. The staff was SO KIND and so helpful. You can easily get around using the free bikes provided by the homestay, or they rent motorbikes. The bungalow was very clean, comfortable and the view was beautiful. The food at the restaurant was also very good!

Went out of their way to prepare vegetarian noodle soup for us. Terrific stay. Would highly recommend
