Das ist ein wunderbares Hotel. Wir waren hervorragend untergebracht. Aber nicht nur das. Alles hier ist elegant und komfortabel. Keine goldenen Wasserhähne, kein Marmor, keine gekünstelt-vulgäre Opulenz, wie wir es auf dieser Reise auch schon hatten, sondern vornehme Zurückhaltung bezüglich der Ausstattung und auch was den Service betrifft. Zurückhaltend, aber aufmerksam. Diese Zurückhaltung wirkt sich offenbar auch auf die Gäste aus. Ich kann kaum etwas über deren Herkunft sagen, weil sich alle benehmen, ohne die typischen Klischees zu bedienen. Und noch etwas: Das Hotel wird bespielt, es lebt! Ein Pianist am Frühstücksbuffet und am Abend, ein Kellner, der am Pool Getränke und kleine Speisen serviert, auch die Restaurants, die in höherpreisigen Hotels oft dahindümpeln, sind gut frequentiert. Wir waren am Abend an der Hotelbar, haben uns Cocktails gegönnt und dem Pianisten gelauscht. Die ganze Atmosphäre hatte was von Raffles oder Mandarin Oriental. Natürlich ist das alles eine Täuschung , dem "The Anam" fehlt der geschichtliche Hintergrund solcher Häuser. Aber wenn es so dermaßen gut gemacht ist, lgibt man sich dieser Illusion gerne hin.

We loved it there! Great spacious room, amazingly big varied breakfast, wonderful pool, a little gym room… Close to plenty of restaurants and shops, a very nice beach. Everything was perfect!

The property is meticulously maintained with absolutely stunning greenery & two wonderful large, swimming pools with plenty of loungers to relax and an ample supply of towels. Many restaurants and shops right outside the door. The breakfast restaurant is right next to one of the large pools with stunning views of the ocean. Many choices to satisfy both Western , and Asian taste. All of the restaurant staff work so hard every day to engage the customers and are unfailingly polite and respectful. I certainly looked forward to breakfast every day. I should mention all of the attention to detail we received from the reception supervisors and restaurant supervisors who seamlessly worked together to make our stay special. Fantastic leadership! I visited many resorts during my stay in Mui Ne to compare and Sunny Beach was by far the most maintained lovely peaceful oasis of all with a very reasonable price that elevates the property above the competition. As an added display of their customer service my wife realized on the bus that she had left her bathing suit and her clothesline out on the balcony. I contacted the hotel and they couriered it the same day to our next hotel in Nha Trang-fantastic follow up to make sure it arrived safely.
