The Grand Sunrise Palace Hội an was a great stay with spacious, clean rooms that had a calming vibe, a lovely pool, and free bikes perfect for exploring the area. Its location is ideal if you prefer peace and quiet, as it’s slightly removed from the city noise and traffic. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Ame, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome the entire time.

Fue hermoso alojarse en este hotel. Los dueños son una familia amorosa... ni bien llegamos se acercaron al taxi para darnos la bienvenida y, como sabían que nuestro vuelo había salido muy temprano y que seguramente no habiamos podido desayunar, nos esperaron con un desayuno. Nos hiceiron sentir como en casa. Gracias!!! También nos dieron un desayuno para llevar al aeropuerto cuando salíamos, estuvieron en cada detalle. La habitación fue perfecta para nosotros, con todo lo necesario. La cama muy cómoda y las almohadas las mejores de todo nuestro recorrido por el sudeste asiatico!! Volveríamos sin dudas.

Happy, fun and warm. The property is just the right distance from the Old Town to be accessible but secluded for serenity. The mix is perfect. Breakfast was a diverse spread of everything you could want.

Truly a gem in the area with great spaces to relax and unwind from the pools, lounge areas, bar and restaurant. Easy to get in and out of town with shuttle. The staff were so nice and helpful always making sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend!

This is the best hotel in Hoi An and I say it because I've been there for the third time and the service is always perfect. The staff is wonderful, helpful and smiling, but more importantly, they work extremely professionally and every single detail in the hotel is perfected to its best. The location of the hotel is also exceptional, which is located in a quiet place that is at the same time communicative, there is an excellent pool with a very large relaxation area around it, and also a wonderful beach, which is another huge advantage, of course, there are all the dining options with three restaurants, a wonderful breakfast, extremely rich, both Asian and Western. The restaurant is extremely clean, the textile napkins are clean and shine with cleanliness. The rooms are extremely large and offer wonderful beds, a flat screen TV, a very well-located area where one can put their clothes and luggage, and of course, for everything, a short phone call is needed to be fulfilled without long explanations or waiting. A truly unique place where even the most demanding visitors are unlikely to find any defect anywhere. Your hotel has five stars, I highly recommend it and I myself will visit it again. I have a very good impression that the quality continues to be maintained high, which is also a rarity in our time, but here the service continues to be at the highest level, and once again I want to emphasize that the staff is extremely professional, perfectly prepared, which is always everywhere and necessary for a good result.
