Upon my arrival at the resort the tone of my visit was established, being both very courteous and professional. The attitude of the staff was always attentive and willing to do their utmost to achieve my request or need. The facilities and the cleanliness were first class. My room was very well appointed with all possible needs catered for. I made extensive use of the spa and fitness areas which were exceptional and modern. The hotel restaurants were of a good standard but for my evening meals i went to the beach front property affiliated to the hotel called Pera. Iwould wholeheartedly recommend a visit there and the chatauxbriand was among the best i have ever eaten. A special mention to the customer liaison team for their continued desire for excellence especially Miss Sara. Thank you to the entire establishment for a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful – they really went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and the pool area and surroundings were peaceful and lovely. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the whole atmosphere was calm and family-friendly. We especially want to thank Özge, who kindly arranged a beautiful cake for our daughter’s birthday – it meant a lot to us and made her day extra special. 🩷 We are truly grateful for the hospitality and will happily return. The place is really nice, great views, clean room, lovely pool area, the water a bit cold for me. Pictures are better than the reality. But the most amazing thing about this hotel is the food from the restaurant and the excellent service from the staff there. Even if we will not stay there again we will go to the restaurant for sure. We went on a nice hike in Kyrenia Mountains and the views were breathtaking.
