The owners were extremely helpful recommending hikes for us, helping us either tips, lending us much needed sandals for the river crossings, and making every moment of our stay memorable. We felt so relaxed and what more can you ask for a vacation. The food was also really good and the entire staff was very kind.

Ouhout Cottage was spacious, rustic yet tastefully decorated and clean. Staff were polite and assisted in any manner or form. The Farm Stall was a delight and were privileged to watch them milk the cows up front. Well worth it, book early to avoid disappointment. Professionally run establishment which only lends to a better experience.

El trato de Ashley fue genial, estuvo atento a todo. Nos recomendó varios sitios y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en cualquier cosa que pudieramos necesitar, pero a su vez manteniendo la distancia para disfrutar de nuestra estancia. El lugar es precioso la pena que el tiempo no acompaño del todo, pero por lo demás fabuloso. La casa estaba muy limpia y las camas muy cómodas. Además, Ashley les enseñó a nuestros hijos los animales de la granja, estuvieron encantados y disfrutaron mucho del jacuzzi exterior calentado con leña.

Located around a privately owned lake with views of the Drakensberg mountain range, Sani Valley Nature Lodges offers secluded chalet accommodation in a tranquil setting with game viewing... This place is exceptional - way beyond expectations and beyond any stay we had in the country the view and surroundings are unbelievable- the photos here don’t do it justice. the place is impeccable and the service and staff were just perfect.

So beautiful with the river rushing through trees. The bed was completely luxurious and the attention to detail outstanding. The biscuits given with tea were home made, as were the scented shower bombs - just amazing. I asked for a takeaway breakfast which Tanya happily provided which was delicious. One of the best places I've stayed in South Africa. Would 100% go back.
