I loved everything: the location, the attention of the staff, they offered us an upgrade in the room and it was totally worth it. We needed to make the checkout very early because our flight departed at 7 am, so they took the breakfast to our room at 3 am and they asked for a taxi to the airport, which was complimentary. The room was very big and comfortable, with a very beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. The location of the hotel was superb with the Dubai Mall and the downtown a few minutes away walking. This is, by far, one of the best hotels in all of the UAE, I will definitely be back on my next visit to Dubai. Thank you for everything!

    You have to visit this place which is the tallest building...

    You have to visit this place which is the tallest building in the world, the views are amazing and the photographers took some amazing photos which although a little expensive it is something to treasure. Two souvenir shops were on the top selling various gifts at really reasonable prices. Although we had a timed visit of 6.00p.m we were allowed in straight away.

    Wonderous, our little daughter came with us on the night lake gondola boat..I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE WANTING A SOECIAL MEMORY. IT WAS NOT COSTLY( BOOKED VIA KLOOK). AND OUR DAUGHTER STILL MARVELS AT ALL THE PEOPLE WAVING AT HER FROM THE PROMENADES AS SHE WENT AROUND LIKE A PRINCESS... BEAUTIFUL MEMORY THE BURJ IS JUST IN A CLASS OF ITS OWN

    The view is amazing, but the at the top experience is very badly organized. They are probably selling too many tickets for the afternoon time slots. More than 200 people were even piling up in the mall in front of the entrance when we arrived. We had a time slot for 2.30 pm for levels 124&125 and we were waiting in total 2 hours in 5 different endless rows until we were on top. Then another 30 min waiting for the lift down again - at least now with a good view... Either go early in the morning, pay for a more expensive later time slot (but this was not available in combination with Dubai Aquarium) or pay for fast access. Otherwise we cannot recommend this at all.

    Whoever said it gets lonely at the top has never been to the top of urj Khalifa. The long queue and waiting that we had to endure to get to the top of Burj Khalifa almost ruined the experience for me. Plus, once you DO get to the top, there's a mad frenzy of crowd trying to take pictures etc. and almost an equally lengthy wait to go down the elevator. Terribly exhausting (not to mention irritating) People travelling with kids/ elders be warned that this is no easy tour

    Expensive but worth doing, but I think the guide needs a different sound system, we couldn't comprehend a word he was saying! Difficult to find the entrance as the signage in the Dubai Mall is appalling.

    Dubai as our driver said is literally DO BUY. Everything is money. If you take the 124-125th floor, the cheapest you will be herded into the lift packed like sardines If you pay more for 148 th Floor and 154th you are given a Sky VIP sticker and taken in a smaller group and treated more decently. You can have coffee and cakes at the 148 and 154 th floor. The view is awe inspiring. Truly a magnificent work of engineering.

    Wonderful stay at Ramada Downtown Dubai. The location is excellent, very close to Burj Khalifa with amazing views from the clean and spacious room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks to Vishnu and Maduka at reception for their kindness, and to Mr. Salam, the manager, for his outstanding hospitality and for anticipating my needs. I truly felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

    The uninterrupted view from the living room to Burj Khalifa, highway plus the balcony is a bonus. The vibe and feeling is surreal and just amazing. I would like to thank Maggie Njoroge also, she had been in continuous contact and made sure our apartment was top notch. It was our 1st trip to Dubai and the experience Maggie provided has left a lasting impression that the people of dubai are just wonderful kind helpful and live and breathe the principals of Dubai.     The hotel's location is great. We had very beautiful burj khalifa view from our room. Bathroom was so clean. Staff are so welcoming with a big smile on their face. My husband lost his phone on the taxi, Ramadan dealt the matter professionally and assured us, he will make sure he gets it. He got his phone back. If we visit Dubai again, we will stay in Rover in sha Allah.

    Hotel was only 700m walk to metro (redline) and 1km to Mall of Emirates if you didn’t want to catch the complimentary coach. Staff were super friendly and hotel is extremely clean. Breakfast was sensational and after walking 27,000 steps around the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall sightseeing- the shower and bed were top notch.

    Every single person working in our resort would say good morning / good evening and would stop what they were doing to go out of their way to do so. The taxi driver taking us from Burj Khalifa to our hotel was keen for a chat and to share the video of New Year fireworks that he took with his phone.
