This Address Hotel is certainly one of the best hotels in Dubai. The hotel is very modern and well equipped. The view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony was phenomenal.

I loved everything: the location, the attention of the staff, they offered us an upgrade in the room and it was totally worth it. We needed to make the checkout very early because our flight departed at 7 am, so they took the breakfast to our room at 3 am and they asked for a taxi to the airport, which was complimentary. The room was very big and comfortable, with a very beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. The location of the hotel was superb with the Dubai Mall and the downtown a few minutes away walking. This is, by far, one of the best hotels in all of the UAE, I will definitely be back on my next visit to Dubai. Thank you for everything!

    Way too big and too few information points.

    Way too big and too few information points. If you look for a certain location this will take you a very long time. It woud be good to have normal maps (not only a touch screen every 250 m) of the mall on every central point so you can get an overview where you are. The direction signs were often confusing as they was sometimes pointing up the stairs but when you arrived upstairs there was no further sign in which direction you have to go.

    The Most Popular Mall in Dubai

    The Most Popular Mall in Dubai Lived the Free Show Dancing Fountains & 8:30 Every Evening. The Food Quarter is very Diverse. Toilet are clean. I am just Wondering if there were Enough Seats for Elderly & Disabled People. Hours of Walking is Agonising & Tiring. It's A Fabulous & The Air Conditioning Jeeps People indoors. Outdoors is Quite Very Hit & Humid During the Summer. However, I love Dubai. Just Stay indoors. Even Taxis & All model of Transport has an Air Condition. It's a Must in Dubai.

    Even if you don't plan to go shopping, visiting Dubai Mall is a must. I've never seen any mall like this one. It's like a city inside the city, so, even taking a stroll here is already a nice experience!

    Go for the best burj Khalifa views when u go through the mall towards the fountains. Also the restaurants dining in have the best burj background for photos and videos, especially the fountain show in the evenings!

    Getting there by taxi is the cheapest.

    Getting there by taxi is the cheapest. But I found it very difficult to get a taxi on the streets. You install Careem or Uber and both have hidden charges which you will only realise when you check your credit card bill. On the way back from the Dubai mall, the taxi and limousines are available but these drivers are racist. If you're White, you are privileged to take the first ride, if not you have to wait till one desperate fellow take you on one. Shame. Limousine ride from Dubai mall to Downtown costs 80 dirhams on a limousine. Taxi from Downtown to Dubai mall only costs 14.5 Dirhams. Transport by limousines are very expensive, the most I have paid when I have travelled to other countries. To me Dubai Mall is a combinations of Sunway Mall, KLCC and Midvallley Mall in KL all put together. Nothing so great about it

    The location is great close to Dubai Mall, the train station, and markets. The staff was very attentive, and the breakfast was good (though it could have a few more options). Our bathroom had some water leaking onto the floor, but the staff promptly fixed the problem. The hotel also has a small shopping area inside with a restaurant, pharmacy, and market with good prices.

    The hotel was situated across the street outside the DubaiMall Metro station although the hotel entrance was further around the corner. Dubai Mall and the Burj was then accessible via the air-conditioned walkway from the Metro. The Burj view room gave us a lovely city view both day and night. Our large room contained 2 comfortable Queen beds, good seating and a beautiful bathroom. All staff were friendly and happy to be extra helpful.

    Excellent hotel apartment! I stayed here before and chose to come back again as my first choice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is big and comfortable. Great location too—just a short walk to Business Bay station, only one stop from Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station. I really appreciate that they let me stay in the same room when I extended my stay for another week. Many thanks to the team!

    Avoid hotel restaurants if you can do without the Alcohol. Food quality and value is better. Alcohol is available in venues attached to hotels only and carry hefty services charges and premiums. Some local options provide a better more cultural experience and value for money. For example, go to Ravi Indian Restaurant if you like Indian. Go to Istanbul Flower on Sheikh Zayed (Next to Safestway) for best Turkish (Try Iskender). Al Hallab for best Lebanese food (Emirates and Dubai Mall or original on Al Garhoud Road). Another good Lebanese option is Al Safadi on Al-Rigga Road in Deira). For best steaks I recommend the JW Mariott in Deira. For good Asian go to Wagamama. For Persian Food go to Sadaf on Sheikh Zayed or in Deira.
