IrelandWe really enjoyed our stay here. The setting is gorgeous and the room is comfortable and well equipped. The food in the restaurant was delicious and all the staff were absolutely excellent with their service and communication. Unfortunately we didn’t get all their names but Ethan was one! Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful place, fantastic walk around the lake. Peppers Resort was great, we stayed in a resort room with a Jacuzzi on the balcony and the staff even built us a snowman on the balcony railing. It had snowed the day before we arrived and the landscape was beautiful.Guest review byRalphAustralia

We were warmly greeted by the reception staff who had very good knowledge of the area and gave us some very good advice. We found the room to be a little dated, the resort is obviously on tank water and the pump is not great at giving a strong shower, the bed we had was a King and it was very comfortable with a big screen TV easily viewable from the bed. it was quite cold while we were there and all the fireplaces were in operation which was warm and cosy.Guest review by90gtrxAustralia

Only abt 5 mins walk from the hotel to cradle mountain visitor centre. The Lodge is very close to nature and sometimes u can see small animals ard the lodge. The staff is very helpful. Our car was stuck on the slope up the hotel due to ice on the slope. Their restaurant manager, Edward came and helped us parked the car at the lower carpark. Not the most modern hotel but has good atmosphere and was very warm on cold nights. The room were comfortable and suited our needs. A buffet breakfast was included in our stay which was advantageous as dining options are limited in the area.
