We loved our stay at Ipanema Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The restaurant had very nice food, whether it was for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The location was very easy and safe, with direct access to the beach and free towels provided. The hotel also provided bikes free of charge for a tour of the nearby lake, which made for a very memorable experience. I totally recommend staying at Ipanema Inn. We will definitely choose it again if we come back to Rio.

    Comfortable, modernised apartment. Very conveniently located for Copacabana and Ipanema beaches, Cantagalo metro. Friendly and efficient staff. I reported a fault with the washing machine and the technician had looked at it within an hour and replaced it with a new machine a couple of hours later.

    The apartment was very nice – well-equipped with everything you might need, beautifully decorated, and full of color. Its location is perfect: just a 7-minute walk to Ipanema Beach, with a supermarket right next to the building and plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafés along the main street. The building felt very secure, and both the host and the security staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful.

    Very modern, comfortable, spacious apartment. Contains everything you might need. The location was really good only about seven minutes walk to Ipanema beach. The staff working in the lobby were super friendly and helpful. Automatic door lock makes it super convenient to leave and go to the beach without a need to carry keys/cards. Cleaning available daily. Overall we loved our stay in this apartment thanks!

    The hotel is located at the bottom of a small favela, but very central—only about a 15-minute walk to Ipanema Beach. To get there, you walk uphill for around 7–10 minutes, but it’s worth it. Once at the property, it feels like a quiet green paradise. The view from the room’s balcony, overlooking both the city and the favela, is absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is an old colonial house, beautifully decorated and full of charm. The staff are warm, considerate, always smiling, and genuinely helpful.

    - very clean - great hosts who made sure I got to the apartment without any issues and had someone there to greet and gave me the key when I arrived - short walk to the 2 nicest beaches, Copacabana and Ipanema beaches - liked the washing machine in the bathroom - Kitech small but even had a small stove - Right next to a metro station, Geneal Osorio

    Location was amazing. The rooftop for hotel guests is an amazing feature with an incredible view of the sunset on Ipanema beach. Hotel breakfast was the best we had in Brazil and staff were amazing- from the doormen to the bar staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful.

    Light and Spacious, beautifully designed apartment. Quiet and not far from ocean. A haven away from the busy streets and absolutely packed Ipanema beach on a sunny day. Good bedding and very comfortable beds. Check-in was good with super friendly staff! Great location to explore Rio.

    The self check-in and check-out process was very efficient, and the host kindly allowed us an early check-in so we could leave our luggage. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Ipanema Beach and Arpoador. The apartment is comfortable and well-suited for a pleasant stay.
