Easily the best hotel I’ve stayed in anywhere in the world. it’s a small boutique hotel right in the middle of the walled city. It’s recently renovated with marble and brass finishes. I was upgraded to the deluxe room with a jacuzzi and outside patio - I loved the privacy and the space. The room is high-tec with remotes for almost everything. Breakfast was delicious especially served on the patio. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, clubs and tourist attractions.

The staff is the first think that I would like to highlight. They were very friendly, professional and always willing to support and make you feel comfortable. We were spending the days before and after our wedding at this hotel and they support us, provided us a spacious room, the cleanliness was very good. The comfort of both the bed and the pillows were just remarkable, extremely comfortable. They gave us a bonus to claim a lunch because of the length of our stay, which was a nice and unexpected touch. It is well connected to beach on Bocagrande and Castillo grande on walking distance.

    The location is excellent and easy to get from the heart of the old town and in and out of Getsemani very easily. You are on the doorstep of multiple restaurants and bars plus the Trinidad square. The swimming pool is small, but clean and nice to cool off in, wifi decent (unless you go up to the roof). Air conditioning was good, rooms a decent size with a fridge and a safe. There is a fridge that you can buy water for 3000 COP or beers for 5000 COP. Breakfast was nice, juice, coffee, cereal and eggs/omelette.
