The staff were the best asset. I was welcomed like royalty at reception and Mr Mina, the manager, was really kind and helpful. The waiters at Royal restaurant were amazing! Always smiley and attentive to every detail. I would like to thank the bartenders Kareem and Ibre. The massage service was really good. I really enjoyed the massage station on the beach ( Sultana, Yasmina and Dalia took good care of me). The food was fresh, good quality and plentiful. The gardens were beautiful, so many flowers and birds. Mohammed from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and tidy, he always asked me if everything was ok . Thank you!

Staying at Steigenberger Alcazar was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent – staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the pools as well as the beach area created a perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
