It was a 5-star welcome with very friendly and accommodating staff. We felt very welcome from the minute we set foot on the hotel and could easily have stayed for more days. So, we'll just have to come back. :)

Wonderful hotel right in the centre of Bath's Royal Crescent. The staff were perfect, helpful and attentive. Many small details marked the stay, which shows the quality of the establishment (magnificent building, splendid interior). The room we stayed in (we had an upgrade) was on the back side of the hotel and had its own little terrace; it was very large with a bedroom area, a ‘sitting’ room, a very large bathroom and an entrance hall. We had no direct neighbours, so the room was very, very quiet. The breakfast was excellent (small buffet, and menu offering different types from full English to eggs benedict, and a vegetarian menu). The spa was very pleasant (too bad the sauna wasn't working, but the hammam, bubble bath and swimming pool were). We went there often and there were never more than 5 of us in the spa. We had also booked a treatment (‘work it out’ massage), which was absolutely brilliant (many thanks to Meg)!

Location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were excellent and very polite. If you love your car like I do, then valet was cool in a safe carppark (at extra cost but worth it).

Excellent communication with Bath Circle, arrived quite late from the train. Keycode given so entry was without any fuss greeted with a lovely hamper in the Kitchen nice goodies. Apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Location was excellent and close to all the main sight seeing attractions. We visit Bath regularly as daughter at University of Bath. This is a great find will stay again.

This is a wonderful hotel. The room was spacious, with authentic antique furniture that added real character. The bathroom was spotless, and the whole space felt cozy and comfortable. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant service was impressive. The location is fantastic, just a short walk (about five minutes) to the town centre, and very convenient for buses to downtown and the University of Bath. Truly a great place to stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful, location great and importantly they don't charge stupid Bath prices. The full English breakfast is very good and it's just a few minutes drive/cab/bus to the City Centre (bus is actually probably quicker, as good bus lanes that shoot past the mandatory Bath stationery traffic!) My son is now at the University of Bath so will be popping down regularly and this hotel will be our place to stay.

The University of Bath summer accommodation provided a great experience during my recent conference visit. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The only small downside was that rooms were not cleaned in the morning, but apart from that, everything was perfect. Would definitely consider staying again.
