Modern & clean hotel, with convenient location and extremely hospitable staff. Attila and Laszlo at reception provided an excellent service care (waking me up at 3am which is quite a challenge itself), managing my delayed airport shuttle and arranging a taxi instead. Matyas at the bar explained about Palinka and Hungarian cuisine. Very much grateful to a fantastic team for their dedication!

I like spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. At home, I use the same bath cosmetics as in the hotel, making the experience even more pleasant. We visit here often and are always greeted by friendly staff, valet parking service, and very attentive staff who strive to make our stay even more comfortable.
